A writer and photographer from the Los Angeles Times, Phil Willon and Gail Fisher, devoted more than a year to see how three kids just out of the foster care system would cope. ABC News, Willon and Fisher discuss what they discovered by following Monique Luna, Janea Barton and Jesse Equihua.
